Creating tasks
Once you’ve synced the app with Calendar and Reminders, click the “+” button in the upper right corner to create a new task. Use the menus at right to set due dates, times, and locations. If you want some help remembering to complete it, add an Alert from the same menu.
If you have a task that repeats every day, week or month, use the drop-down “Repeat” menu to set up a recurring event.

Sorting tasks
It’s easy for tasks to pile up, so the app helps you streamline by sorting your tasks into lists. Your lists are visible on the left hand side of the screen. To add another list of tasks, click the “+” button at the bottom left corner and select “Reminders List” or “Smart List”. You can add any task to a Reminders List with the “Lists” menu when you create it.
When you create a Smart List, select the words or features you want it to filter for, and the list will automatically add any tasks that fit those criteria.
Quick actions
Quick actions make it easy to customize your tasks as needed. To access the “quick actions” tab, click the lightning bolt icon on the right-hand side of the screen. These actions let you automatically change the due date or time of an app or add it to certain searchable lists. You can add your own quick actions by going to the “Quick Actions” tab under “Preferences”.
